ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility is part of the website release standard.
Last updated August 22, 2026.
Our approach
True Crew aims to make the corporate website usable with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, reduced-motion, and other assistive-technology workflows. Accessibility checks are included in release review and defects are treated as product-quality issues.
Current technical standard
The site targets semantic HTML, visible focus states, labeled form controls, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful image alternatives, and motion that respects user preferences. Automated checks supplement, but do not replace, manual keyboard and visual review.
Report a problem
If a page, control, document, or workflow is difficult to use, contact contact@truecrewllc.com and include the page or workflow involved and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology you were using. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
Ongoing improvement
This statement describes the current operating standard, not a certification claim. Material accessibility findings are tracked, remediated, and re-tested as part of website maintenance.
