PRIVACY
Website privacy notice.

Information you provide
When you request a demo or contact True Crew, we may receive your first and last name, work email, phone number, company name, optional company website, product interest, industry, team size, workflow challenge, optional notes, and your consent choices.
Lead attribution and request integrity
When you submit a request, the lead record may include the source page, landing page, referrer, standard UTM campaign parameters, first- and last-touch timestamps, a request-scoped session identifier, form version, correlation identifier, and idempotency key. These fields help us understand inquiry sources, prevent duplicate processing, and troubleshoot delivery without placing contact details in page URLs. When website analytics is enabled and the browser does not signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, campaign-only attribution may be kept in session storage for the current browser session so the original source survives internal navigation. That session value is limited to bounded campaign parameters, first-touch time, landing path, and a referrer stripped of query parameters; it does not contain form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or company-entered text.
Website analytics
True Crew uses self-hosted Umami for privacy-focused website measurement. The tracker does not set analytics cookies. We collect bounded page, product, action, error, campaign, and performance information to understand whether the website is working well.
We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company-entered free text, workflow challenges, notes, or raw form submissions into analytics. The website also respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
How submitted information is handled
Demo requests are validated by True Crew server-side services and stored in a private lead system. Browser users do not receive privileged database credentials. Depending on the server-side integrations True Crew has deliberately enabled, a request may also be routed to an internal notification address, a confirmation-email provider, or an approved CRM endpoint.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate product fit, understand product and industry interest, operate the lead workflow, troubleshoot delivery, and improve True Crew products and website experience.
Retention and service providers
We do not publish a fixed website-lead retention period here unless one has been formally adopted. True Crew may use infrastructure and service providers to host the website, store submitted requests, deliver email, or route leads when those integrations are configured. Provider access is limited to the purpose of operating those services.
